E-Participation Policy
The E-Participation Policy aims to enhance positive engagement between the Principality and the community by providing digital platforms that enable citizens and residents to express their views and submit proposals, with the goal of improving services and making decisions effectively and collaboratively.
E-Participation Terms:
- Comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Present contributions in clear and objective language.
- Respect others’ opinions without offense or abuse.
- Do not publish others’ personal data without their explicit consent.
- Refrain from sharing any content that incites hatred or violence in any form.
E-Participation Objectives:
- Strengthen communication and societal dialogue between the Principality and beneficiaries (citizens and residents).
- Gather opinions and proposals to improve services and projects.
- Achieve high levels of transparency in the decision-making process.
- Foster a sense of belonging and shared responsibility between the community and the Principality.
E-Participation Stages:
- Initiation: Identify topics and issues to be discussed through official platforms.
- Activation: Launch discussions and encourage beneficiaries to participate with opinions and suggestions.
- Results & Impact: Analyze contributions and extract key ideas to inform decisions transparently and openly, engaging citizens as much as possible.

- The Principality’s official account on the “X” social platform.
- The “Tafaul” e-participation platform.
