The Emir of Qassim Region receives the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, received in his office today His Excellency Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness welcomed His Excellency, praising the GACA's efforts in developing the civil aviation sector across the Kingdom and its role in supporting comprehensive development through the provision of advanced infrastructure and modern, safe air transport services. During the meeting, several topics related to the status and future of civil aviation services in the Al-Qassim Region were reviewed. Ways to enhance the efficiency of Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz International Airport and raise the level of services provided to travelers were also discussed. Opportunities for expanding domestic and international air destinations were also discussed, contributing to supporting the region's economic, tourism, and investment momentum. For his part, His Excellency the President of the GACA expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of Al-Qassim Region for his continued support and interest in the region's aviation sector, emphasizing the GACA's commitment to continuing to develop air facilities and services in Al-Qassim to meet the needs of the population and support development paths.
