The Emir of Qassim Region honors distinguished civil defense personnel in the region during the Hajj season of 1446 AH.

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, honored the distinguished security personnel from the Civil Defense Directorate in the region during the 1446 AH Hajj season at the Emirate's reception hall. The ceremony was attended by the Director of Civil Defense in the region, Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Anzi. His Royal Highness the Governor of Qassim Region praised the humanitarian efforts and distinguished field work provided by the Civil Defense personnel, which contributed to ensuring safety and serving the Guests of God. He emphasized that the generosity and dedication shown in serving pilgrims reflects the honorable image of the people of this nation and embodies the values established by our wise leadership—may God support them—in caring for and paying attention to the comfort and safety of pilgrims. His Highness said, "The quality services and proactive and professional work provided by the Civil Defense personnel, especially under circumstances that require precision and high preparedness, is a source of pride and honor, and reflects their competence, training, and sense of national and religious responsibility." For his part, Brigadier Al-Anzi expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir of the region for his constant support and continuous encouragement of Civil Defense personnel, stressing that this honor represents a badge of pride and an incentive to exert more efforts in all fields.
