Prince of Al-Qassim Visits the Presidency of State Security Exhibition During the Symposium “Incitement (Irjaf): Information Warfare and the Distortion of Awareness”

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, visited today—accompanied by His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Faisal bin Saad, Deputy Governor of the Region—the Presidency of State Security exhibition, held in partnership with the Emirate of the region on the sidelines of the symposium titled “Incitement (Irjaf): Information Warfare and the Distortion of Awareness.” The exhibition took place at the King Khalid Cultural Center in the city of Buraidah. During the tour, His Highness reviewed the exhibition’s components and its awareness-raising and interactive pavilions, which presented concepts of intellectual security, the dangers of Irjaf and information warfare, and methods used to distort public awareness. The exhibition also highlighted national efforts to enhance societal awareness and to reinforce individual and collective responsibility for the security and stability of the Kingdom. His Royal Highness praised the exhibition for providing high-quality educational content that helps raise awareness and encourages community members to verify information and avoid being drawn into rumors and misleading content. He emphasized the importance of coordinated roles among security, media, and awareness institutions in confronting Irjaf and protecting public awareness. His Highness also highlighted the pivotal role of the Presidency of State Security in strengthening comprehensive security through effective partnership with the Emirate of Al-Qassim Region in organizing such awareness initiatives. He noted that these efforts reflect a deep understanding of contemporary challenges and contribute to building a society that is aware and intellectually resilient, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
