The Governor of Qassim Region Receives the 2025 Report of the Women’s Development Committee

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, received in his office today the Assistant Undersecretary of the Emirate for Development Affairs and Deputy Chair of the Women’s Development Committee, Dr. Fatimah Al-Furaihi. His Highness received the 2025 annual report of the Women’s Development Committee, which highlighted its programs and initiatives that contributed to strengthening development efforts, empowering women, and supporting their participation across various fields of community and volunteer work. He reviewed the committee’s أبرز achievements and the efforts made to activate qualitative initiatives, enhance the impact of volunteer work, and build community partnerships that contribute to achieving the region’s sustainable development goals. His Royal Highness, the Governor of Qassim Region, affirmed that the achievements accomplished reflect the support and attention given to women by the wise leadership—may God preserve it—emphasizing the importance of empowering female talents and strengthening their role in development and community work in a way that contributes to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and improving the quality of life in the region. At the conclusion of the reception, His Highness honored a number of distinguished members of the Women’s Development Committee for their excellence in volunteer work, in appreciation of their efforts and effective contributions to serving the community, and in encouragement of continued dedication and excellence in volunteer fields.
