His Highness the Prince of Qassim region bestows upon the Director of Traffic in the region, Omar Al-Abdulatif, his new rank of “Major General”.

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, presented the new rank insignia to Major General Omar Al-Abdulatif, Director of Traffic in Qassim Region, at his office in the Governorate building. This followed the issuance of the Royal Decree promoting him to the rank of Major General. The ceremony was attended by Major General Ali Al-Qahtani, Director of Police in Qassim Region. His Royal Highness congratulated Major General Al-Abdulatif on this esteemed appointment, praying for his continued success and that this promotion would motivate him to dedicate himself further to serving his religion, his King, and his country, and to strengthening traffic safety and security, in light of the support and attention the security sector receives from the wise leadership – may God protect them.
