Qassim Region Traffic Safety Center
It aims to enhance road safety and quality of life in the region by engaging the community in reporting observations and addressing road hazards, under the supervision of the Higher Committee for Traffic Safety at the Qassim Region.
Traffic safety, in its comprehensive concept, is concerned with the implementation of various traffic plans, programs, and regulatory systems, alongside adopting the necessary preventive measures, with the objective of minimizing traffic accidents, safeguarding lives and properties, reinforcing national security, and preserving the nation's human and economic resources.
Goals
Monitor and receive traffic safety observations and reports on roads, intersections, and public squares
Mitigate and reduce the root causes of traffic accidents
Empower citizens to actively participate in maintaining and preserving traffic safety standards
Establish a dedicated working team comprising representatives from the Regional Emirate and relevant governmental agencies to receive and process observations in accordance with their designated roles and responsibilities
Document traffic safety observations through photography and submit them electronically via digital platforms
