Inquiry about a Transaction

Main Services

Allows users to inquire about the status of a transaction.

The transaction number sent to you by the Qassim Province Emirate.
The Hijri year of the transaction.
The national ID number of the transaction owner.

Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Inquiry about a Transaction' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

It is an electronic service that enables beneficiaries to inquire about the status of a transaction and actions taken, without visiting the Emirate's building.

The transaction number is sent by the Emirate when the transaction is registered. It can be found in notifications sent via SMS or email linked to the transaction.
