Marriage Service for a Saudi Male with a Non-Saudi Female Abroad

This service allows Saudi men to apply for marriage to a non-Saudi woman outside the Kingdom.

The applicant's age must not be less than 30 and not more than 70 years old
If divorced, widowed, or with disability, must attach proof
The applicant must not be in military or security roles
Must be resident of Qassim and prove via national address
If applicant has a wife, must attach official medical report stating valid reason
The applicant must be a resident of the Qassim region, which must be proven through his national address.

Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Marriage Service for a Saudi Male with a Non-Saudi Female Abroad' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

Who is exempt from the minimum age requirement (30 years)?

The following cases are exempt from the minimum age requirement: If the fiancée is the applicant's first-degree cousin (paternal uncle's daughter or maternal aunt's daughter), the applicant must be at least 25 years old. If the applicant is divorced, his wife is deceased, or he has a disability or chronic illness confirmed by a medical report from a government hospital.

Can I apply for this service if I live outside Al-Qassim Region?

This service is available only to residents of Al-Qassim Region, which must be verified through the National Address.

Which occupations are restricted from applying for this service?

Restricted occupations are those listed by the competent authorities. We recommend confirming the details with Al-Qassim Region Emirate before applying.

Can I apply if I already have a wife? What are the requirements in this case?

Yes. You may apply if you already have a wife, provided you attach a medical report from a government hospital confirming that she is unable to conceive or unable to perform marital or household duties.

How long must pass after a divorce before I can apply for this service?

At least six (6) months must have passed from the date of the divorce deed before you may apply for this service.
