Marriage of a Saudi Male with a Resident Non-Saudi Female

This service allows Saudi men to apply for marriage to a non-Saudi woman residing in the Kingdom.

Service Level Agreement

The applicant's age must not be less than 30 years and not more than 70 years, unless the woman to be married is the man’s first cousin, in which case his age must not be less than 25 years.
If the man is divorced, his wife has passed away, or he has a permanent disability or illness confirmed by a medical report from a government hospital, he is exempt from the minimum age requirement.
The woman must be residing in the Kingdom and have a valid residence permit.
The applicant must not hold a position that falls under the restrictions on marrying non-Saudi women.
The applicant must be a resident of the Qassim region, which must be proven through his national address.
If the applicant currently has a wife, he must provide a medical report from a government hospital proving that his wife is unable to bear children or perform marital or household duties.
If the applicant has previously been divorced, his application will only be accepted six months after the issuance date of the divorce certificate.

Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Marriage of a Saudi Male with a Resident Non-Saudi Female' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

Must the fiancée be a resident of the Kingdom?

Yes. The fiancée must be a resident of the Kingdom and hold a valid residence permit (Iqama).

Can I apply if I live outside Al-Qassim Region?

No. This service is available only to residents of Al-Qassim Region. Residency must be verified through the National Address.

What are the requirements if I am divorced?

At least six (6) months must have passed from the date of the divorce deed before you may apply.

Are both parties required to undergo premarital screening?

Yes. Premarital screening is mandatory for both parties and must be attached to the application.

What documents are required from the fiancée?

Passports printout (Brunt). Copy of a valid residence permit and passport. Copy of her guardian's ID. If the guardian is not her father, a copy of the guardianship deed or power of attorney must be attached.
