Request to Clear Criminal Record - Reputation Restoration

A request submitted by a former prisoner to have his record cleared and reputation restored.

National address.
Phone number.
The applicant's relationship to the case.

Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Request to Clear Criminal Record - Reputation Rehabilitation' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

Can an agent or lawyer submit the request on behalf of a former inmate?

Yes. An agent or lawyer may submit the request, provided their capacity is stated and proof of agency or authorization is submitted.

Is providing the National Address mandatory?

Yes. Providing the National Address is mandatory as part of the application requirements.

What happens after the request is submitted?

After submission, the competent authority reviews the request and verifies compliance with requirements and documents. Procedures are followed and a decision is then issued.
