A request from the prisoner's family for temporary release.

The request text must include (the inmate's name, the relationship to the inmate, the name of the prison).
The applicant's relationship must be a first-degree relative or a legal representative.
The location of the inmate.

Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Request for Temporary Release of Prisoner' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

Who may submit a request for temporary release of an inmate?

A first-degree relative (such as a parent or child), the inmate's legal agent, or an appointed lawyer may submit the request.

What documents are required to submit a temporary release request?

The request text must include: The inmate's name. Relationship to the inmate. Prison name. Copy of the applicant's National ID. Reason for temporary release with supporting documents as applicable: For funeral or condolence attendance: death certificate and burial permit. For wedding attendance: invitation card with location and time. For visiting parents or relatives, visiting patients, university enrollment, or other reasons: documents proving the validity of the request.

Must the reason for the request relate to a first-degree family event?

For certain reasons such as condolence or funeral attendance, the event must involve a first-degree relative (parent or child). For other cases such as visits or university enrollment, documents proving the validity of the reason must be submitted.
