A request from the prisoner's family to transfer him to another prison.
- The text of the request.
- The inmate’s national address or place of residence.
- Specify the current prison location (based on the 13 administrative regions).
- Specify the desired prison location for the transfer (based on the 13 administrative regions).
- The applicant's status (principal, legal representative, lawyer, or first-degree relative).
- Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
- Select the 'Request to Transfer Prisoner Between Prisons' service from the electronic services list.
- Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
- After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
- You will be notified with the request number after submission.
- You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
- Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.
What documents are required to submit the request?
Request text explaining the reason for transfer. Copy of the applicant's National ID. Copy of the final judgment deed. National Address of the inmate or place of residence. Current prison and requested destination prison. Applicant's capacity (principal/agent/lawyer/first-degree relative).
Can an inmate be transferred to any prison within the Kingdom?
Yes. Transfer may be requested between prisons under any of the Kingdom's 13 administrative regions, subject to approval by the competent authorities.
How long does it take to process an inmate transfer request?
Processing time varies depending on the reasons for transfer and procedures of the competent authority.
