Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Request to Prevent Deportation from Saudi Arabia (for Non-Saudis)' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

Is a clean record regarding drug-related offenses required?

Yes. The applicant must not have been convicted of any drug-related offense, supported by an official document.

Is the sponsor's approval required?

Yes. Written approval from the sponsor confirming non-deportation is a basic requirement for accepting the request.

What documents are required for a non-deportation request?

Request text. Copy of National ID. Copy of the judgment deed. Copy of the applicant's passport. Document proving no drug-related conviction. Written sponsor approval for non-deportation.
