Start Service

Main Services

This service allows electronic summons to be sent.

The text of the request.

Log in to the services of the Qassim Region Emirate via the National Portal (Nafath).
Select the 'Electronic Summon' service from the electronic services list.
Click on 'Start Service' and fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents.
After verifying the information and attachments, click on 'Submit Request'.
You will be notified with the request number after submission.
You can track your request status through the 'My Requests' page.
Upon approval, the request will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a transaction number notification.

What is the Electronic Summons service?

It is a service that enables citizens and residents to submit a request, complaint, or suggestion to the Emirate electronically without the need to visit the Emirate's headquarters.

What documents are required to submit a request?

Text of the request, complaint, or suggestion. Copy of National ID. Supporting attachments (if any).

Are supporting attachments mandatory?

No. Supporting attachments are optional; however, it is recommended to include them when they strengthen the request or clarify the complaint.
